Migue's
Vest
This little boy has cystic fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis is a disease
that makes it difficult to breathe because of a build up of deposits
in the lung. Dr. John Vallee arranged for a special vest to
be donated for Miguelito in the town of San Juanico. The vest
is filled with pulses of air to pound on his chest in a gentle
way that helps clear the lungs. Miguelito will have a difficult
life, but the vest will certainly help.
